Rated 4 out of 5 by from Adding a fee to get an electronic refund sucks It was pretty good. I been using Turbotax since it was Mac-In-Tax and i've been pretty satisfied. Until i finished my return just now and found that I incurred a $40 fee to get my refund handled electronically. Somehow i was sold on the idea that making everything electronic would LOWER costs not produce new ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax I engaged with aTurboTax Live Expert because I was not completely sure if the selections I was making were completely accurate for my situation. I have filed with TurboTax for the past few years now and my forms were usually straight forward. But this year, I received unfamiliar documents so I decided to as for help from the live experts. My TurboTax Live Expert, Donald was very helpful and patient with me. It really made filing my taxes stress-free.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Bus Not for Partners I was disappointed to find out that Turbo Tax Business cannot generator state partnership returns for California. You either need to do CA State returns by hand or find another software supplier.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good product, marred by sloppy quality control Downloaded a copy of TurboTax Business for Windows after giving up on H&R Block's primitive, difficult-to-use equivalent product. All went well until it was time to E-File - and then Intuit's sloppiness showed up. The product apparently thought it was still tax year 2021, because it said I had until 8/15/2022 to pay. Manually entering a date to pay in April 2023 wouldn't work, either - TT wouldn't let me go past today's date. I tried contacting Support, but there's apparently no way to just handle questions via email or web form, and their phone rep had a practically unintelligible accent.
