Rated 1 out of 5 by from Longtime customer very disappointed this year First time using without use of the cd as this computer has no drive. Went to upload TT and nothing. Bought TT from S**'s club and could not get to a point where it asked for the sacred code. Hours spent reading FAQ's and online help to no avail. TT support called and it took about 1/2 hour of attempts and relinquishing access to my computer before it seemed like the tech finally stumbled on an answer. Ok, off on my own again attempt to open up program and I get a white screen with a blue dot in the center. again back to reading help suggestions and found I had to change display settings from computers default of 125% and screen resolution. Onward. One of the first things is to update. Program locks up trying to see if there are updates. Again too much time spent searching for TT solutions. Never found an answer but in futility I attempted turning off VPN and viola success. Now everything seemed fine until I attempted to e-file both fed and state. the program would not go past trying to pay for state with credit card. It would not bring up screen to allow input of CC info. Omg how much I hate to give CC info out and I can't even get to the point of allowing you to have access to my info!!! After many different tries thru weekend finally tried last minute to file separately and Fed just successfully sent (I hope anyway) Going to attempt State now by itself and if I can't get that to work I'll just drag butt to post office line to mail it in. I have NEVER had problems with TT in the past. Very skeptical about using in the future. If there are solutions to be found in FAQ then they should be incorporated into the updates the program seeks out every time you open TT. I already bought your program (my job). It shouldn't be my job to troubleshoot it into a working edition (your job). If I didn't have years of TT use in the past this would definitely have been my last.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from misleading They say its free but its not. They try to charger extra for getting any assistance and charge for you to direct deposit it to your bank. This will be my last year using this site.
