Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fi Someone with the knowledge to help me! I made two calls prior to talking to Anthony. The previous people could not help me, and I had to finish the calls. I was very disappointed that I am paying a monthly fee to receive this consultation service and the "experts" have no idea what they are doing. Luckily on my third call, Anthony was the one answering. He was very professional, EXTREMELY PATIENT, and helped me finish this tax ordeal! I am grateful for his service and patience. Please TurboTax, make sure ALL your personnel have knowledge for the tasks assigned. Filling wrong can be dangerous, and this is why many seek help to make sure to do this correctly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fairly good I have used for years but am really tired for having to scroll down sooo much. Please place the "continue" button directly after the last questions. Also if there is any way in itemized deductions to show us why medical expenses don't reach the % amount to increase the deduction please add that. My service representative was wonderful!
