They have tons of helpful information in the sidebar and available in forums to pinpoint any question I've had(even in the mess that COVID created). If you're good at keeping records in circumstances that will effect your filing, you'll be good to go! So easy to use and fast...meaning no need for me to sit at a desk with someone for who knows how long and pay them more than what I would here. So, no bad things will ever come from me of the experience! Thanks so much, TurboTax!
