Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than TaxAct TurboTax may be slightly more expensive than TaxAct, but the UX is by far and away better. I still can't believe TaxAct doesn't have the feature to link to your Schwab account (one of the most common investment websites) but has a bunch of others. This along with the overall UX makes TurboTax the better choice.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is OK Needed to talk to a live agent and got Michelle on the phone. She was awesome!!! We deleted a whole section and she helped me put it back together correctly. No question was too small and her patience was great! Wish I could talk to her every year!
