Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty decent tax software This year I felt like they're putting the burden of getting answers on your yourself. I found many items where I wanted an answer or explanation FROM the software (mind you this year cost me about 40% more), but you click help, it send you to the website, not even to the specific item, just send you to the website, period. And some other instances, it says look at the IRS publication to get the correct information.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Federal. but state is just Ok Excellent Federal, but state is just OK. There are complex state questions like "pass-thru entity withholding section xx " wih no explanations and no help. No option to print MA state K-1 forms.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Interesting! We bought the disc which didn't work, so we downloaded it and that didn't work either. We called support and talked to Edrina who was absolutely wonderful. She sent us another download, but then we learned that TurboTax doesn't work on an Apple updated to the Monterey operating system. After more research, we learned that whatever glitches there had been corrected. In order to make it work, we had to buy the software again, but then it worked perfectly except that we couldn't access our prior year's information from the computer. So, we paid for it twice and got an additional download in between the two paid versions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax takes the pain out of doing taxes Turbo Tax takes you step by step through each section so you can get the maximum refund you are entitled to. If you have a business, Turbo Tax makes sure you get all the deductions that are right for your business. Also if something doesn't look right, it lets you know and you can review and avoid any errors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review 2022 The experience with Turbo Tax was not as good as expected I purchased a disc ad when i tried to start it Turbo tax logged me int Turbo Tax Online. I ended up paying $55 for the Disc and then again when I filed online. was not able to activate the Disc so just said Ho Hum and got my taxes done however. very deceiving.
