The chat agent was a bit abrupt, but once I opted to speak to someone my concerns were handled more appropriately. The phone agents were very understanding and patient. Some specific features were unattainable on your own, you had to get someone to walk you through it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax has gotten too pricey. For 100 to do a simple schedule c I will go to a preparer from now on. Schedule c used to be included in the basic. You received 3 stars because it was relatively easy to do.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Installed CD product has problems I install Turbo Tax from a CD every year. This year was a complete disaster. The program had a bug that could not be fixed. I ended up having to install the Premier product from a download. Very poor distribution of a fix to a known defect.
