Rated 1 out of 5 by from Everything is a hidden fee, this product sucks. You advertise one thing and back door fees to make money. This company should be ashamed of its business practices. Sure wish I used some other method to file my taxes. Completely disgusted in this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tell get the on done quick I paid for the deluxe version and had someone help me.service was great and quick, had all my forms and answered all my questions. It was excellent but the only issue I faced was the app being buggy. The mobile app wouldn’t load the screen share function between me and my rep. They went above and beyond by continuing the process verbally and things went well. I finished up with my portion and will be looking out for my return shortly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is expensive The process went well but cost twice as much as last year. Last year was $62.40 for both Federal and State and this year the cost was $118.00. I think there is probably better options available.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rip Off I do my taxes because they are simple and quick. After the hidden fees and having your money “electronically deposited” fee of $40, paying $150 is absolutely ridiculous.
