Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has Error preventing e-filing Can't file NJ Corporate Return because of software error. Software is self selecting additional forms that "may be required" and requiring they be completed. These include tax elections we are not electing!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use The most difficult part was figuring out how to download from Turbo Tax the tax program. The instructions didn't work and were confusing. I finally figured it out, but it took a lot of time and there was no help available for the issue I was having. This is a bad design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2021 Need to have option to print state taxes at the beginning of filing. Had hard time finding it when tried to print the first state tax return. Wasn't till the second return when I said no to filing federal tax return that it had option to print state tax return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes filing easy! With TurboTax my return is easy to prepare. I was payed less than I should've been with the first found of stimulus payments (because they based it on my 2019 return but I had since been unemployed and never received the second payment. Turbotax is able to correct and refund the money owed. TurboTax definitely takes the stress out of doing taxes and I know that my return is set up for audit protection if needed!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax worked very and not too difficult The chat advice was not so helpful. The program remembers forms from previous years and tries to apply them current year. That was frustrating and I could not chat with someone .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very user friendly! Turbo Tax is so user-friendly even my 18-year-old used their services to file his 3 years ago. For the past 3 years, he used them and had no issues, so I thought I would give them a try. I love it!
