Rated 5 out of 5 by from well worth it Didn't have to wait long for live assistance so it made my overall experience comfortable and easy. I initially tried a different software at first because it was free AND it offered live chat with an expert just like turbotax but I always got automated and robotic responses. I never really got a definitive answer and when I stumbled on a few questions that would not allow me to continue, I went back to turbotax and just chose the cheapest option. I ended up upgrading along the way but it was worth it. I used a software that was taking me quite a few stressful days to complete as opposed to turbotax and I finished in two days comfortably.
