Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Awesome and supper easy to use! I really did enjoy my experience filling my taxes. Thankfully my taxes were not super complicated this year, but it was my first time doing it so I always thought it would be complicated. The UI and UX of TubroTax was great. It was a very easy platform to use and the visual displays were very nice and straightforward. It was great to have a knowledge base when I had doubts on certain sections. I really do like TurboTax. I think if my taxes get more complicated I would opt in to using a paid version of Turbotax to get help maneuvering this process. Definitely will recommend TurboTax to friends and family!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disingenuous They attract you with free filing but never ends up free. You can rearrange your life to avoid having to have complicated taxes, but it will NEVER forget you had to file a weird form once and force you to file it every time even when you haven't received that form in years. They constantly try to upsell you multiple times throughout the process, until finally forcing you at the end to upgrade or you won't be allowed to file after you are all done. The new "race mode" timer is a slap in the face as well, congratulating you on finishing quickly, before you have even finished and run into all these errors you have to fix after it finished timing you.
