I had to call a Customer Service Rep. to find out if I could file the SR and still make quarterly payments. She was extremely helpful and said I could .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nicely written application Everything was very helpful. However, charging a $40 fee to use your refund to pay for the Turbo Tax service is quite steep. Additionally, it wasn't easy to change/remove this option to charge for the Turbo Tax fee.
