Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is amazing to use, it is user friendly. I initially started doing my taxes with H & R Block but the questions were too complicated. I switched to TurboTax and I was relieved, it is so much easier and better to use. I will continue to use this service in the future.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Annoying Been using this product for while, but beginning to tick me off due to all the up sales attempts. The most annoying thing now is there attempt to get you to consent to using your information for what selling you more products. If I needed something else I would find it what I need. Going to start looking for another product. Oh by the way the app thing to take a picture of w2, what a waste of time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as user friendly as before I used Turbo Tax for many years and find it helpful. However, this time it's not as user friendly as before, e.g. in some areas, it seems to have gotten into a loop by asking for the same info over and over again. Also, after I e-filed and went back to check the status, it shows nothing is filed and prompted me to file again. All are mild issues but annoying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the best experience this year I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and have been a strong fan the entire time. However, this year was less than stellar. The program crashed during data entry multiple times (having to repeat entries), had many freezes/lock-ups, and anytime it needed access to TurboTax servers, would have a challenge connecting. Lastly, I had to disable my firewall just to install (took 2 hours to figure out that issue). Please get back to your amazing user experience next year.
