My company filed a W-2c because the initial value of Box 12 was $3,6250 and the excess contribution limit is $3,500 and so I had to change the original information in BOX 12 to the correct value. The change was simple however I was never prompted to change or asked to update excess HSA contribution information so the initial input carried over. Long story short I wanted to change the "withdraw of excess contribution of $3,650 to $0" but instead I had to delete my progress and start over.
