Rated 5 out of 5 by from great program I have been working with turbo tax since 2003 it is a very easy and trustworthy program. I also do taxes professionally I use their program which is a little more difficult and then come home and do mine on turbo tax I could get my taxes done for free at work but i would rather pay the low price they offer to do them at home. I have only had to call the experts once and they quickly help me solve my problem.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax for year 2022 I have used turbotax since it was first sold and all the years it was only available on disk or cd. I've used the online version since it first started and with apprehension at first. I thought the version I just finished with was not as good as other, to much salesmanship in too many places. I did not like the advertisements in the chat or the lets sell you the self employed version for only $179. It really was an irritation. The program was good as usual and worked very well, the only problem was at the end when filling out Form 1020, it would have helped to show the user what the program was looking for as input, after I finally figured it out, it again was simple, but a simple oven at the top of a document that obviously could not be typed in, and no clue how to use it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax I have nothing against John (TurboTax Full Service Expert). He was absolutely great but for the service itself, I don't see anything that was special or convincing enough to want to use this service again. For a $450 price tag, I expected more and was thoroughly disappointed with the actual product. Like I said, John was great and was very helpful but I don't believe it was worth the price tag. I could have done my taxes myself and save myself a few hundred dollars.
