I was stuck on a final screen, I couldn't move forward. Latoya was there every steps make sure I am able to complete my TAX return.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax and their upcharges Pretty much done with Turbo tax with their constant up charging and requiring huge costs in upgrades for the stupidest things. Think I'll be looking into another tax service next year.
