Rated 2 out of 5 by from I used to love Turbo Tax...Not this year Turbo tax auto filled a vehicle depreciation schedule for my rental property from previous returns, but it pulled through some incorrect numbers and I had no access to the form to correct it. It took 3 phone calls to the help line to try and get help to fix the data. Finally the only solution we could find was to delete the form and start over. Very frustrating!

She worked with me until I got exhausted trying to compute and answer the questions. I am old and not computer savvy at all. Even though I had to stop Turbo tax was right there waiting for me to complete my forms and filing. Anyone can navagate the website.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use It's my 5th year filing up our taxes with TurboTax and all I have to say is that it's convenient, easy to use and a bit expensive but the product backs up itself so we don't mind the payment.
