Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Had a pretty complicated report and used Turbotax live. The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable and the process was very easy. Also used the help function and read some articles from Turbotax which were also helpful

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Live support is not enough. I got "live support" help to start the tax return for my Limited Partner for 2022. With limited experience online tax, I encountered few questions. It was smooth until missing partner capital information on K-1. Lady who helped me has no knowledge on this subject, but refuse to relay my message to the tech support. After two hours of struggle, I tried different live help person. in 5 minutes, she resolved my problem. Unfortunately, this is the last help I got. The next day, I sent help messages for serval other issues, and no one responded. I have to figure out those issues through trial and error. Feel like the live help team dumped me completely. I am going to stop turbotax and quickbooks services all together once I establish other accounting method.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use and easy to navigate I wanted the challenge of filing my own taxes this year, and I went with Turbo Tax. The site was easy to use, the step-by-step was comforting, and there were plenty of clickable question marks to better understand why the taxes were doing what they were doing.
