Continue to provide any information regarding how taxes are calculated. I had trouble understanding why I was paying state taxes this year and could not find information regarding it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very helpful. I did my taxes with Turbo few years ago and did it last year with the help of my son. This year I did by myself and needed help from your expert people. Herman did a very super job and guided me until I finished the tax. thank you very much

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I lost complete trust with TurboTax I have used turbo tax for 3-5 years. Every year there has been some issue. Since 2021 its been the worse. I didn't switch because I don't like giving info to different websites and I was already established with Turbo Tax. I paid the $39 to get help with turbo tax and got no where with them. Got hung up on time and time again. They never emailed me about my taxes. Last year it took them 9 months to get my tax return. Its the absolute worse

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It was the most difficult this year than before I engaged with 6 experts. Only the last one was able to help me through the entire forms. Others gave me lame excuses why they couldn't help me. The problem seemed to be that the documents were not completely uploaded, so there there many questions to answer. I was frustrating and very upsetting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were very confused on an investment property. We spoke to Keith live and I would give more than five starts!!! He not only provided great information on how to resolve the issue, but made us feel extremely at ease!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm a tax DIYer since 1992 Prior to discovering TurboTax I had been preparing worksheets for an accountant who would plug in my numbers, print my return and charge me more every year to do it. With TurboTax, I'm plugging in my own numbers and doing my own returns. I'm saving money on my tax return prep for sure!!
