Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to Use, Kind of Pricey I have used Turbotax for 8 years and have never had any issues or problems with using the service. It saves all important tax information for future use and has many useful resources to assist in use of this product. I would appreciate a cut-down on some of the costs, because at the end it can take up to $150 for the basic service, no special add-ons. Overall, I am satisfied with the site and product and will probably continue to use it even if there is no price reduction.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I may go back to a tax preparer. I'm not sure if it's Turbo Tax causing the problems I had filing or if it's the government changing the rules of the game every year. But filing 2020 tax return was almost as bad as living through the pandemic.
