Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax works well for me I called to get expert help on my estate tax return and on my personal one. The one I engaged on the estate tax return left me stranded, perhaps out of frustration and not being able to answer my questions. The other expert was excellent. Thus, my experience was mixed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax is challenging I have always felt comfortable doing my taxes using turbo tax. My taxes are not that complicated and I have not felt the need to upgrade. Usually common entries like social security, are listed from previous year. I simply enter the new amount. Don't know what happened this year-I had to search for where social security is entered. Other entries like dividends unclear-continually got 'need review' when there was nothing left to review. I felt uneasy towards the end and asked to review forms. After 45" I had to re enter turbo tax so that I could file...never did see the forms. I was concerned about duplication of some amounts. I ended up paying this year, hopefully not because of these duplicate amounts.
