Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is EASY to use Turbo tax presents a good balance between professionality and easy-to-use. But some items can be more smart. For example, since Maryland has no tax for interests, why not highlight or make popup window if my W2 address is Maryland

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo excellent for years, not for 2022 This year was a bad experience using turbo tax. It was hard to load the disc, updates kept locking the program. And it crashed at the state rechecking my return and files lost so I had to start over. Only difficulty on second try was that none of the bank or investment documents would download so had to be entered manually.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great Well other than one or two hiccups along the way, I'd say this is better than other tax services... not that I know any other exist lol. My main issues had to deal with confusion upon certain topics that were easily cleared up due to the mass amount of answers TurboTax provides to people who have asked with questions similar to mine. But then again, who doesn't get confused doing taxes? TurboTax just makes it easier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from its ok It was an easy process. I do feel however that if we owe taxes then we should get a discount on the turbotax fee. The government is screwing us and it would be nice if turbotax could make it not seem so bad. You could offset the cost by upping the fees on all the free loaders that get all of these child tax credits just for having all those kids and not working and leaching off the government. Hard working tax payers should get a break. Also I am a USAA member and the $20 off deal didn't work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is super easy to do your taxes with Turbo Tax Wow I am not so stressed and don't have to deal with people in an office setting. I can do my taxes on my own and feel secure that I am getting every deduction I am able to get. Love this!!!
