Rated 5 out of 5 by from Review Turbo Tax 2020 I found the interface, process and guidance intuitive and helpful. Once I had done the tax preparation beforehand it was simple to enter the information and file to federal and state. I found the available help useful for questions that I had and the ability to see the running total of taxes owed. Great tax system, that is why I use it every year! Highly Recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Could Be Improved Turbo Tax is a good program, but could be improved slightly - particularly at the end of the preparation. First, in several "drop down boxes" I couldn't scroll down with the mouse - had to go to the slider bar at the side which is somewhat awkward and takes more time. Second: Since I owed money to Kansas and had to mail them a check, I didn't feel like paying extra to TT to e-file a 2-page form. However, if you don't e-file both federal and state, there is nothing to do after you e-file federal - there's no additional prompt to print out the state return and mail it or even print it out for filing. Quite honestly, I believe TT should include e-filing for both the federal and one state return.
