Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review I have been using TT for nearly 20 years and find that I can easily do my taxes myself. The main complaint I have is that I am unsure if I am using the appropriate version. Previously I used Deluxe but more recently Premier, as I recall because I thought my taxes would require that. It would really be helpful if, after filing, the program could tell me if I could have gotten by with the Deluxe version instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO 2021 I LOVE TURBO AND THE HELP RECEIVED WHEN EXPERIENCED. TECH WAS VERY NICE, PATIENT, AND KIND. I DO THINK THAT AT THE BEGINNING OF PROGRAM AN INSTRUCTION TO GO THROUGH EACH AND EVERY LINE OF RETURN ANSWERING AS NEEDED. I MISSED SOME BECAUSE I DIDN'T THINK MANY PERTAINED TO US.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Software is really good, live help is terrible The live "expert" did not offer any form of advice nor helped me in completing my taxes. She just made sure I completed all the fields and kept telling me to hit continue until I got to the end. It was a waste of time and money. I don't mind if she wasn't able to find any extra savings for me but she had zero to offer and I really doubt she was an expert.
