Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than paying a tax accountant I wouldn't have been able to complete the filing process without help from your tech support team. Software is glitchy and not intuitive in some areas but still it was much easier that trying to fill out the IRS docs, thats for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Download Good Experience but the initial directions to download the software autmatically took me to my account, which did not have an option to download the software and put in my license code (bought CD at Target). So that was frustrating.
