Rated 5 out of 5 by from Basic Income Tax 2021 I was very surprise how fast both the tax assistant Frances and tax preparer Terri filing out my 2021 income tax. They did a phenomenal job at providing information, and also guiding me through the process for both Fed. and State. I recommend anyone to Terri for filing their basic income taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I keep buying it I've been using Turbo Tax since it was a DOS program, a lot of years, and I will continue to do so. It's convenient, simple, and it works. My only complaint is that the program contains advertisements to buy more Intuit products, which I resent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 20% off - Not When I called (4) times for help, the agents were absolutely wonderful! Sometimes going thru Turbo Tax is not totally clear. Don't like the way on my Sch E Turbo Tax figured out the % for me. I have a spread sheet that does it all for me & prefer to do it that way. Not possible anymore. The biggest problem was I told everyone I talked to that I had a code for 20% off & it would tell me to put it in. There was no where to do that! So I'm owed 20% of the fee I paid. I also understand that once you pay, you can't get any back. The code is 8ELW4S3PAFWW38. Not much good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Business Is Average!! Enjoy a totally workable product with none of the frills you enjoy about TurboTax personal software! You will enter basic tax information and answer questions with no chipper cartoons or feel good graphics. It is all business in the here! I had some questions, some were answered and some flumoxed the search bot but, have no fear, google is just a screen tab away. Will I use this next year? I don't know, without the cartoons it looked a lot like TaxAct which was half the price. But I did get my taxes done so, huzzah!
