Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax never filed my returns This is the first time I have had to use electronic filing (and why I don't like it) because TT changed which OS they worked with. After waiting months (current date May 30) without receiving my return, I have spent 6 hours or more trying to get information from TT and IRS as to where it went. TT NEVER FILED MY RETURN. Though someone just helped me file again, (hopefully the state does not request more money), it has been pure pain. I would like a refund!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Errors in software Turbo Tax Business will not efile. There should have been a place to access this information. I spent hours trying to efile Turbox Tax Business. System kept saying, update your version of the software. However the 2022 software was up to date as evidence by when I click on update software, message return "your software is up to date.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from h&R block MESSED UP our taxes....... in a big way H&R block completely failed at our taxes this year! forcing us to file online after the deadline. I am so thankful TurboTax effortlessly walked me through doing them on my own CORRECTLY and it was over $200 cheaper to do them myself,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2020 Income Tax Module Inaccurate -Turbo Knew This was the worse YEAR 2020 for Errors and I talked to your experts and they made it worse. I lost my entire file because your Agent went in and Updated my Microsoft w/o telling me that was necessary. It took me 3 months to find my Turbo Tax Return again/ Reinstall and STILL your software was not adding things correctly. It added a whole section I DID NOT need for Mortgage Insurance . I had to take out Deductions because this 2020 would not add up the over $250 new deductions. And deducted the Carry OVER. It instead red flagged it and your agent didn't know how to fix. I finally took out everything just to file and get my Michigan Refund. I am a Senior Used this for years but in 2020 it had so many irregularities and then I READ in January 2023 FINALLY Tubor Tax ADMITS they had a problem in 2023 = 3 years later and then I could file. By then I lost my FREE Federal Filing. I feel Turbo should offer me FREE Michigan Filing for 2022. I DON"T TRUST what is going to happen things should 'carryover'; when I next do my 2021 Income Tax. That Turbo software will carry over everything. Already the old forms are gone. This was a horror story. Agents 'guessing'. I told them I SAW that the SW didn't know how to ignore the 'carryover' from 2019 and ALLOW my 2020 Deductions. but I wanted to get my Michigan Refund so I went back and took out all my deductions. Then I waited and went in and fixed myself May 2023 it took that long...I now have to mail in which I HOPE I get my REFUND.
