Rated 2 out of 5 by from Experts are close to worthless and its expensive Called an Expert, she didn't know about form 8888 , put me on hold and then hung up. I called back and got Angela, a nice woman who checked with her office and they couldn't find how to move my refund to the Form 8888 Allocation of Refund. So that was a waste of time. Also, I have been using TurboTax for decades , although it's is more streamlined than it used to be , it is getting more expensive than going to a tax expert. I will explore other means of doing my taxes next year and comparing prices. -That reminds me - - TurboTax is sneaky about their pricing. I bought the $179 premium package with the $64 state add on for a total price of , not $243 , but $317!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from frustrating extra fee Along the way I declined the premium service only to be told at the end that I had no choice. If i had known I was going to be forced to later, I would have to utilize the service but it's frustrating to get charged so much at the end all because I used Acorns. I still did all the work myself but then had to pay more than my actual return was worth to use a service I never actually used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from david returns I had a few problems and wanted to use the first level ($59.99). BUT HAD TO EVENTUALLY ASK A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS. So,it cost me more. my wifes taxes are a little more complex. I couldn't pull up a couple of 1099s and after entering them by hand the program kept asking me to review them. In the end you gave me a little discount so thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes filing taxes so easy!! I've been using TurboTax for 30 years and it keeps getting better. There is no faster way to submit accurate returns. It almost makes filing tax returns fun!!
