I love the live chat options and the option to schedule a phone call with a expert tax preparer to answer all my questions. I always feel confident that I filed my taxes correctly and all calculations are correct

I could not get the one I got in the mail to load and it took me 1 1/2 hours on your on line merry go round until I finally just bought a new download. Of course my prepaid State was not honored so had to buy it too. Now it will not let me transmit until I sign up for the litigation insurance.
