Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good service The tax expert was helpful throughout my process; however, she did try to get off the phone with me numerous times and I asked if she could please just stay on the line since I had to wait 33 minutes for a call and I did not want to start that wait over if I had another question.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TT - Can't be any more SIMPLER!!! I've been using TT for over 10 years. Last year, I got a coupon and used another system, and it was not worth the discount. Each year TT get's simpler and simpler to use. I love the way the systems is set up conversationally. This makes it fun. Thanks TT!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax sucks and is confusing Numerous confusing and unnecessary questions. Checked boxes that I didnt check because the software fills out the forms (incorrectly it seems). Worst yet is TTax asks questions to determine if you owe fed or state additional taxes or penalties for previous years and adds the fees to this years taxes. Thats the IRS's job, not the tax company I'm using to file. I'm done with TT after 8 years. It sucks.

The 2022 version will not update after using it a few times and requires that I uninstall it and reload it again. The help desk says it may be due to the fact that I have Windows 10 but that has never been a problem in the past with this computer.
