Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax can be a little confusing There are two different ways to use Turbo Tax. One is to go online and fill out the forms that will be saved in the "cloud". The other is to download/use disk purchased at a retail store. The later of types is saved on your computer and Turbo Tax online doesn't know that you have every used Turbo Tax. I found it very confusing when signing on with email address as sign in ID.
