Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax for 2021 was terrible. It was a disaster this year. I have used since 2009 and this is the hardest ever. Questions asked were ones that I have never encountered before and everything from my end was very similar to past years. I am going to try something else next year. Difficulty even getting my nickname included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awesome I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years. It's great. I love the ability to download some of my tax documents directly into Turbo Tax. Saves me time and reduces errors. I recommend TurboTax. The IRS had an issue once missing files from my broker and the Tax Audit feature took care of that as it was the IRS' fault not mine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome! I've been using Turbo Tax for years. It makes tax filing a breeze. If I get stuck, and need assistance, they're right there! It's very affordable too, compared to many tax preparation companies.
