Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Turbo Tax has changed a lot since last year! Too much pressure on making the client buy the Max. I have been doing the taxes for quite a few years, this is the first time that when finished with it, feel like is time to look elsewhere for next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes Preparing Taxes Easy I have used TurboTax for many years and each year I find that preparing my tax returns is easier than the year before. We have a more complicated financial structure/situations than most and I find that TurboTax handles every situation easily and makes it easy for me to plan for the next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Price I was surprised by the price this year after using Turbo since around 2016. Even though i saved five dollars at COSTCO and did get ten dollars off the price to e-file my state taxes. The software was pretty easy to use, as usual, and I will probably purchase again next year unless the price keeps going up. (unlike our retirement income) I am very aware that everything has gone up in price but that is really difficult for retirees on a fixed income. I do appreciate the explanations provided, if I'm not sure if we qualify for something, and the exact place to find additional information. I do believe the software is well written and reduced my stress level. NOW, if the government would not tax pensions and social security, our quality of life would really rise! So, even though more expensive, the software was helpful and easy to use.
