Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product this program is easy to use and easy to understand, not complicated at all since i've used it for several years in a row and it just puts most of the info in from last year and all i have to do it put in a few pieces of info from my w2, not even all of the boxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Consistent and Reliable The reason I have been using TT for over eight years is because they're affordable, reliable, and professional. Except for the hiccup with the direct payments last year TT is awesome. I will continue to use TT as long as they continue to provide the same good quality service.

There was just one issue - i was going to have the cost of using this program covered by my refund, then i changed my mind and decided to pay for the service with my card. Upon reviewing my tax documents i noticed that the agreement to have the cost of the use of TurboTax was still within the documentation and had not been removed after i had paid with the alternate method of using my card. So one of the pages that was filed was no longer valid and i was not sure how to remove it. Therefore i would like this statement, if possible, to serve as a form of proof that i did in fact pay with my debit card, and did in fact opt out of the payment option wherein the cost of filing with TurboTax would be paid for with my return itself. Otherwise, a great way to file taxes and i am very happy with this service.
