Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had To buy a new PC I've been using Turbo Tax for approx. 20 years consecutive. This year I had to get a new Windows 8 or higher PC to get the Disk I had purchased from Sams Club to work with this years Software. The new PC did not have a CD reader and so I had to copy the application files from the CD to a Large USB "Stick" Drive, and then load it onto the new PC via USB Port. Then I had figure out a way to also located/copy/transfer (as no clear instruction was provided) my 2019 TurboTax Return from my old PC. I found this all to be extra work effort on my part, though "do-able" - however, I very much considered returning the product and discontinuing my loyalty to the Intuit Product. The packaging does state the minimum system requirements, that it only works with Windows 8 or Higher, but it is easily missed due to the extremely small font size (size 4?) on the back/bottom of the jacket . This information should have been in Large Bold Face on front of the Jacket. Next Year is a question mark as to whether I purchase this software again, as it seems you are in bed with BIG TECH.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax has become expensive and useless If you have anything slightly more complicated, Turbotax is a waste of money and time. I paid for the live help (and you are connected to "tax experts" that are not CPAs). Every year I spend $200 to do taxes myself and spend 6 hours on the phone with their "experts". The questions are relatively simple, but they can't answer them and instead try to figure it out for hours...Why am I paying Turbotax $200 to do taxes myself?
