Rated 1 out of 5 by from issues I have used turbo tax for years. this year you have no rercord of my previous returns? i have input everything. instead of just load from previous year. then you ask for agi so i can file but dont tell me where to find it. thanks this my be my last year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Be careful of unnecessary upsells When completing the forms I needed to upgrade to Premier since we had some stock transactions. I ran into an issue with the drop down menu on a page and the representative's solution was to upsell me to the next level "Premium". After spending nearly 2 hours it was determined that there was no difference in the drop down choices from Premier to Premium yet there was no mention of changing my cost back to what it should have been and the only solution offered to me was to delete my return completely and start over! A massive waste of time and lack of empathy for the inconvenience the ill-informed advice created!
