Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good. For the most part TurboTax was great. There were two issues that TuboTax had me going around in circles about. One issue was that it kept asking question about my health care that I did not have any more information about. The other issue was that it kept asking me questions about a 1099-R from an Insurance Company that I did not have any more information about. I modified my answers until it was satisfied. Other than that, it got the job done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating I couldn't go back to change information I realized was incorrect during the smart check. Once I input something, it was stuck and had no way to change it without completely starting over. The order was not logical either and kept changing what line item I was actually filling out. I had to Clear and start over 4 times! Not sure it was worth what I paid and will consider using a different service next year for what I had to pay to file. Super disappointed and wish I could get a refund for the extra 2 hours it took me to finally get it as close to right as i could. I am still not 100% convinced the tax return was filled out correctly. It is a shame to have used your services for 8 years and had such a frustrating experience.
