Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy peasy I find the process to be quite easy and quick. They look for all the things that I wouldn't have any idea about. And the ability to click on the informational buttons is helpful, especially because it doesn't take you to a completely different page or create a pop-up. I appreciate that I can have my refunds send via direct deposit - saving trees and time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ease of Use I usually find the forms easy to fill out. Not this year. Turbo Tax told me I had to download forms to upload different tax year information. Turns out it was a waste of time. Seems like year after year this gets more complicated without a decent return. I kept running into ads from Turbo Tax to upgrade. Annoying. And then a fee in order deduct my refund from the federal tax return??? I will be looking at other options for next year. I have been with Turbo Tax for 9 filings now. The benefits are no longer outweighed by the distractions.
