Rated 3 out of 5 by from Free has gotten expensive! Free Turbo-Tax cost me over $200 this year. I had no problem upgrading my mothers due to her health costs, but it wouldn't left me free file my own. This is the first time in 11 years that I have truly been unsatisfied with TurboTax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed this year I've been using TurboTax for years but this is the first year that I was very disappointed with the program. It wasn't as user friendly and it didn't explain what to do if the IRS had not processed my 2019 return and would reject my 2020 return. After I paid to file, your program said to mail it in. Then I should not be charged for the state return which of course was rejected too because of the federal return. Also, whereas you used to be able to ask questions within the program, this year it was not helpful at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and easy, life is better with Turbo Tax. It's easy to get quick explanations for things, and it's also easy to move around and make changes if you've missed or mistyped something. And the graphics are nice, keeps it from being too scary.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very simple ; Great UI ; Lacks some flexibility Title says it all. Very simple tool. Great UI that is very intuitive. Lacked some flexibility in and around entering 1099-DIV and INT information as stated by my banks. Tool kept asking me to "Select a State" and TX was not an option. I know why, but I was stuck in a circular workflow until I was able to work around the issue.
