Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great ! All my experiences with Turbo Tax have been easy and accurate. However, last year I think that I was charged twice; I originally ordered the basic version for $50. and then was told that it did not work with my Windows 7. I was advised to upgrade to Premier DIY for $89. and was charged for that as well.. Never got my original $50. back. I have the both e-mails that show two different charges. I sent an e-mail explaining tthe situation but never heard back. Was this a mistake or not ?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Account Hold Process is Poor The tool would not allow me to pay and finish the return process. It says there's an issue with my credit card and to contact an agent. Spent 2 hours on the phone with agents and they could not help me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from over pricing! and no refund policy! I unintentionally got charged for turbotax premium around $200. I am filing very few documentations because I am a full time student, and there is nothing need to get support by an assistance. After I made a payment, I realized they charged $200ish, and requested for the cancellation before I finalize the e-file tax report. They rejected my request because I am turbo tax online user instead of CD. Very poor service and policy for online user.
