Rated 2 out of 5 by from Why was ADDITIONAL $40.00 FEE added at the end? Filing was relatively easy. What I did not and do not appreciate was finding out that there was an additional $40.00 fee added to my 0 FILING CHOICE for simple return. I even accepted the "UPSELL" for an additional $30.00 and you STILL charged me $40.00 so I could have my fees pulled from my return! That is unfair and unprofessional business practice IMO. IF I had the cash to pay for ANYTHING up front I would not have chosen Turbo Tax in the first place. I only made some $1276.00 for the YEAR! You ate up $70.00 in one igni-second.

I love that you are being educated as you get questions answered on the site through the help links, yet if you are stumped you can ALWAYS speak wtih a real person! The phone calls are so supportive. This year I forgot to add in my mortgage interest paid and a wonderful person helped me through the process and saved the day.
