This year I ran into a snag when I tried to import information from a brokerage account and made a mistake. The turbo tax rep quickly stepped in to resolve the situation and I only had to wait about 10 minutes during the height of tax season! Kudos

Rated 1 out of 5 by from OVER CHARGED!!! THE SERVICE DOESNT WORTH THE $$$$ COMPARE WITH OTHER WEBSITE, TURBOTAX IS WAY TOO PRICEY FOR JUST A SIMPLE RETURN WITH W-2 & TINY BIT OF CAPITAL LOSS!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, fast, and safe! Turbo Tax was super easy to follow and understand. We were able to file our taxes in 90 minutes. The Identity Protection gives us confidence that we will be safe from Identity Theft!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a fan anymore They make you review everything in detail and takes forever when your return is simple and can easily be reviewed on the screen. ALSO very upset that they cahrged me for the same service as last year (premium) when I know all I needed this year was premier. Girl said it would adjust the price accordingly but of course it didn't and I'm not wasting more time calling back after all this time to do the taxes for $30. Such a scam!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The more you use it, the better it gets The real power of Turbo Tax is in the year-to-year carry over of information, calculations done under the hood, and the optional audit support for the auditable period of the return. Piece of mind has value that is often greater than the cost. The features I mentioned are huge values.
