Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as usual I've used TurboTax for years now. I like filing electronically so that once it is sent I am done, and the refunds or payments are taken care of. The step-by-step questions help so I don't miss anything and the calculations are done automatically. There is still confusion with some of the forms, but mostly that is due to not understanding finance terminology very well. Overall it works well, but it is frustrating to finally get all of the deductions entered only to find out the standard deduction is best. At least the program figures it out for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I hope it works this year. My main concern is Turbo Tax didn't allow us to file Form 2210. Two years ago the IRS assessed a penalty for underpayment of estimated taxes because we didn't file Form 2210. We had to separately fill out the form and submit to the IRS to remove the penalty, which took over seven months. Last year, Turbo Tax did fill out and submit Form 2210, and the IRS didn't complain. We're expecting you to be correct that we don't need it this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't Imagine Life Without Turbo Tax I like to be able to talk to someone (finally) after all these years. They were always able to answer my questions. This year left me with fewer questions and though taxes are still a pain in the neck, I can't imagine trying to do them without Turbo Tax. Just a little problem at the end - my printer could print the receipt.
