Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BEST! TurboTax is the easiest, most friendly tax site I have found and I've used it for several years now. I started a small business and thought I would need more help filing and spent a lot of money on an outside accountant firm that did absolutely nothing I couldn't do myself in TurboTax! TurboTax has very helpful and knowledgable staff and their "Chat" feature is great! Thank you!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expensive I had no problem paying for extra to file my Federal taxes as I had some things that needed to be adjusted but being charged for State additionally when there was nothing special was stupid. Also to be able to deduct the filing payment from your taxes is great if you don't have the $100+ to file right now but you have to pay an extra $44 for that option? Not cool.. next year I'll just go with a private tax agent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly Great but one glitch Everything went smoothly except for under deductions there was an error with the data entry window where you could not see half the number. This resulted in large errors because you could not see the information. I needed to go to the actual form and enter the data, The software still works great but that issues caused me a lot of extra time

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's okay good flow of filing. just way too expensive for what they actually provide. Unless you have many different forms of income and investment. This service really isn't worth it. Just submit paper forms and save yourself a bunch of money and keep more of your return.
