Rated 1 out of 5 by from i used to like them when they were transparent. they told me, that because I added a form(1 line) an additional $59.00. They didn't say that was for each filing ( state/ fed), so $59.00 became $118.00. They weren't very open and up front on that little cost boost. when i had agreed to the $59.00 originally it was for the return, They didn't announce that I would be needing to have that same charge for the other filing as well. Thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good software; confusing choice of which to buy I accidentally downloaded (and paid for) TurboTax Canada. It is what came up when I did a google search. It cost $36 (Canadian). After I realized my mistake, I tried to contact you, but there seems to be no way to do it. I downloaded the US basic version, paid for it ($50), and used it. Is there any way to get a refund on my mistaken purchase.
