Rated 3 out of 5 by from IT worked OK but not as good as it once was There seemed to be a few bugs in the system. It did not fill out everything properly and made me go back and manually enter information. There was a checkmark in one section that should not have had it marked. Saved the file right before filing and closed it out, when I reopened it was back to earlier in the process and I had to rework half of the process again. Other than that it was OK. I will likely be looking at different software next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was very helpful I have used Turbo Tax for many years. The update for Federal Pin # was very helpful. Was able to e-file return rather than mail it. Donation deduction was hard to use, I didn't keep a detailed list of items donated.

Got the job done quickly and completely. THANK YOU! (Just mad that I owe so much in tax... Crazy that it changes so dramatically every year)
