Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbo tax is free??? this is a lie TURBO TAX ADVERTISES THAT THEY ARE FREE WITH NO WORRIES. THIS IS BY FAR FROM THE TRUTH. EVERY YEAR THE PRICE GOES UP. THIS IS VERY DISSATISFIING AND A LIE. VERY DISSAPPOINTING.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well, Priced too high for premium.. Works well, price is not much less than block or any other preparer... The GUI automatically ups you to the premium tier and almost predatorily tries to upsell on other services. This is the 4th year using the software, with state and federal combined, it gets spendy just to basically have a gui tool to fill out a paper form and send it electronically. I used to go to a preparer and actually had a better service, but he retired.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Competent application but rather childish I get it - today, people need silly cartoons, feel-good graphics, games and encouragement to get through everything. Please add an adult version that doesn't make me feel like I'm using So-Big Crayolas and RACING TO COMPLETE MY RETURN YAYY!!! GOOD JOB!! YOU'RE A STAR!!! Also, maybe consider dropping the sneaky opt-in sections.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Refund Horrible Cost If you can't win them all. Turbo Tax describes this statement. I needed at least 3K in refund i got but the cost to file taxes on turbo tax took almost half my state refund.
