Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good It wasn't quite as easy as I had hoped but that is probably the tax code not turbo tax. It was a little more difficult because I have railroad retirement instead of social security for retirement income as does my spouse so finding where to enter the information was tricky.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live STINKS! Many Many problems! 1. 6-8 Tax experts assigned to me. I would get one assigned and then they would be gone and another assigned 2. My data was entirely lost and I had to re-initilaize the process. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DATA? 3. Took approximately 7 weeks to file my taxes REALLY! WOW!. Horrible Customer Service! A friend set up a live H&R Block meeting, and taxes were done in two hours with lower cost. RIDICULOUS!. 4. Cost was too expensive RIDICULOUS COST!. I WILL NEVER USE TurboTaz Live again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have used for years! We have used TurboTax for 25 years. Retired now but still a simple process, but back in the day of full time jobs, a farm, a side business and rentals it was a simple/friendly process too! Highly recommend!
