Rated 2 out of 5 by from TURBOTAX IS NOT CLEAR ON PRICE UNEXPECTED ADD ONS AND NOT KNOWING THE FINAL COST UNTIL THE END IS UNACCEPTABLE AND BUSCH LEAGUE. AT THIS RATE I HAVE TO CONSIDER SAVING TIME AND SEEING A TAX PROFESSIONAL NEXT YEAR. THE EXPERIENCE AND THE PRODUCT IS VERY EASY TO USE.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbotax is awful well for some reason this year i had to make a 'retirement contribution fund' that I most certainly did not opt in for and then i had been charged $169 in fees when i usually file for free every year, ive used turbo tax for 5 years now, has been great up until this year, absolutely terribly poor experience would not recommend for anyone again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a Life Saver! I have been filing my Tax Returns with Turbo Tax for years. It helps that they keep my previous information. The questions that guide you are very precise and if you are not sure, it guides you by asking more specific questions. I like that I can check my information and status with their website. Direct deposit is fast!
