Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why on earth am I paying for this? Although my returns started off saying "free to file," by the end turbo tax had a nice bill for me. Every year I experience this. Free isn't actually free, and never has been. Beware. Even if you opt for the bare bones tax prep, somehow you will still owe Turbotax money. Not user friendly at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s kool it good I’ve been using TurboTax for a good long time now last couple years I have used H&R Block and I decided to go with TurboTax again because it’s confident it helps me out. It’s easy to me. I don’t know about anybody else but other tax people agencies don’t admit their mistakes on your taxes unless something happens to your tax return or get something in the mail coming from the IRS and you thinking everything‘s all good TurboTax help me out and help me to fix my errors on my taxes other tax agency is charged to high for the preparation TurboTax for myself was just OK. It was all right. I’ll recommend this to anybody to use TurboTax all use it again next year. Thanks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very helpful but hidden $64 hidden fee at the end. The experts were very helpful. However, when asked for call help the calls would just go to voicemail most of the time and it really extended how long it took when I'd be waiting for a call only to get a voicemail notification. After repeating this so many times I just used the chat online feature. Ended up being helped that way but would be more efficient if could use the microphone as well. There was a hidden state fee at the end as well that wasn't clear during the process so it went from $156 to $259 after an additional $39 e-filing fee. People were overall helpful and kind but it could be improved.
