Rated 3 out of 5 by from disappointed I'm a minister and found turbotax had no easy way of dealing with my situation for recording professional expenses and the non-deductible portion of expenses. I had to play around with the Schedule C return in order to get it right.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More trouble this year I have used MacInTax/TurboTax since the mid 90s. For the first three years I used your program to print the forms and my program to do the calculations. Yours was getting the same as mine, so I used yours since, except for the year you messed up and took some options off TurboTax Deluxe. This year was not a good year for getting started. First, I could not get into my account. After 12 hours on the phone with you ("cook book" procedures don't always work), I finally got a supervisor who could "think outside the dots" gave me a NEW License code to use on my NEW account and every think worked fine. The only improvement, for now, would be a way to increase font size. I'm 91 years old!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs customer service improvement Not happy with TurboTax customer. 1) no place for me to downgrade to Deluxe. Automatically made me use Premier. 2) Unable to print 2019 and 2020 returns because of your technology and poor customer service to address the problem. Hopefully some supervisor who is customer friendly will call me to address the issue. After 8 years of being a loyal customer, it may be time to move on to another company.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Don't let the $0 filing fee fool you It's a good service but every year I some how end up paying for filing. For example this year I had to add a self employment and apparently that is an extra $50. On top of that there is a $50 state filing fee that seems to appear.
