Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax Live is AMAZING! My Turbotax rep Shanique was extremely helpful! I have been doing Turbotax for 5+yrs and this is the first time I had concerns. I asked for a live cam rep and not only was this quick, it was so easy to do! She was helpful, understanding, quick, friendly, and made me feel at ease with filing! Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Simple This year was my first year filing my taxes with TurboTax. I've heard a lot of good things about TurboTax but I was always scared to do things this important on my own. However, TurboTax makes this process very easy and uncomplicated. If you have any questions throughout the process, there is a tab with a search bar to ask any question that may arise. The answers are straight to the point and it is not difficult to understand. There are also videos that explain your questions which was a plus for me. Overall, I am very impressed with this system and look forward to using it again next year! It saved me money, time, and gas instead of traveling to a location and paying someone else to do my taxes for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easier than expected! I was helped by Sheryl and she was patient and answered ALL of my questions, specially the silly ones! I was nervous and stressed about filing my taxes on my own but TurboTax and my awesome live expert really took all that stress away!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, Easy, and Thorough I filed my taxes with a H&R Block representative last year and this year I decided to file through TurboTax. It was so much quicker and easier. It was also wayyyyy less expensive. I would definitely recommend using TurboTax to anyone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Always Trying to Upsell! The guided questions are great. Except when you tell it you want to do a free return, decline the $30 upsell and then they ask you questions about deductions that don't qualify for a simple return anyway. You get to the end and they say "you have X credit" so you can't do that. Go back through my return, find the offending information, remove it. File free return and get the exact same refund amount without spending money. Needs a "continue with simple return anyway" option. But then people wouldn't spend money.
